This role is to take responsibility for driving the adoption and development
of our product and work across functions (Sales, Marketing, and Publisher
Development) to manage internal and external projects, such as publisher
communications, proposals for retailer functionality, and product business requirements
and testing, retailer expansion, network issues feedback and etc.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase publisher adoption
Develop and execute strategies to retailers to increase consumer
adoption
Work closely with GM to develop business model (pricing, plan, etc.) for
Retailer affiliate marketing and collaborations
Work closely with GM to develop budget plan and manage in a monthly
basis, actual v.s. budget and action plans to meet the target
Maintain good relation with existing retailers and Ecom, get to know their
retail calendar and campaign & collaboration plans.
Develop local retailers in China market for affiliate marketing programand sell campaigns& collaborations.
Research and compare current market environment and potential
opportunities. Work closely with Business Analyst and get insights of the
industry and find out new opportunities.
Work closely with Marketing function to develop, plan, and program to
sell collaborations and campaigns to rewardStyle retailers and other
brands.
Improve process and management of cross function communication
especially with PD team.
Work closely with PD team on testing and ongoing maintenance
Manage of historical Sales accounts during a transition time period
Professional Characteristics
Fluent in both English and Korea,be familr with Korea market.
Some experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, client relationship or
consultative selling
Strong sales and deal-closing behaviorsSuperior organizational skills
Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email and
telephone communication
Team player attitude and proven ability to communicate and work with
team members across business functions

General interest in fashion or the arts
National travel on request, mainly to Shenzhen, Beijing, Hanzhou and
Nanjing
Technical / Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business / Bachelor of Art
3-5 year working experience in the field
