The ideal person is a Chinese woman between 20 and 30 years old, ready to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- answer and screen phone calls
- receive and direct visitors and clients
- general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- amministrative problems solving.
- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, memos and emails
- schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- handling import/export documents, handling daily air/sea transportation operations.
Education and Experience
- computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
- Invoice abilitation
- Import and export documents preparing for customs
Key Competencies
Educational Level: Junior college, major in Accounting or related is better
- Language: fluent English and Chinese (Italian is a plus)
- Be familiar with invoicing knowledge
- Own Billing clerk certificate
- Be familiar with GTS system

This position is located in our Shanghai office:
Shanghai, Pudong District, Hi-Tech Park (Line 2 GuangLan Rd.)
Employment type: 4 hours a day (20 hours a week), from 14.00 to 18.00
Salary: 5000 RMB (after taxes) depending from the work experience
