We are currently looking for a Senior Researcher in order to integrate our team in Shanghai office.

Location: Shanghai, near People’s Square
Missions:
- Work closely with a Senior recruitment consultant helping him in daily workflow
- Search suitable candidates matching our clients' requirements
- Manage candidates’application, arrange and interview suitable candidates by phone and/or face to face interview
- Follow up on candidates during the recruitment process
- Connect with candidates and clients on behalf of consultants
- Be in charge of a portfolio of few clients and deliver our recruitment solutions to them under the supervision of a Senior Consultant (only after a period of 3 to 6 months)
Profile:
- 2 - 5 years previous working experience. Lower experience can be considered for Recruitment Assistant position. Beginners in Recruitment industry are welcome to apply !
- Fluency in Chinese and English mandatory, knowledge of French is a plus
- Major in sales related disciplines, marketing, HR or Design related major. Diploma or working experience in foreign country is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Knowledge of Apple Mac is a plus
