Location: Shanghai, near People’s Square
Missions:
- Assist the recruitment consultants in their daily tasks
- Manage candidates’application, update database with relevant information and arrange interviews with consultants
- Follow up on candidates during the recruitment process
- Contact with candidates and clients on behalf of consultants
- Search new clients in order to expand Archibat’s portfolio: Business development through cold calls, emailings, sending brochures
- Help Marketing, Admin and HR department in daily work
Profile:
- 0 - 4 years working experience,
- Fluency in Chinese and English mandatory, knowledge of French is a plus
- Major in sales related disciplines, marketing or HR (or design related major)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Knowledge of Apple Mac is a plus

- Highly motivated, flexible and willing to learn
- Well-organized and able to manage different tasks at the same time
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in team, easygoing personality
- Good phone manners
