Glimpse PR is seeking a Senior Art Base to join its team in Shanghai. Good on China communications is a must.
Responsibilities
Participate in meetings for projects and communicate with the design team members in a professional manner
Generate creative ideas for advertisements and improve design quality according to the demands of the client
Complete the graphic design work according to the characteristics and requirements of the project
Initiate, collaborate on, and design a wide range of digital projects and improve design quality according to the demands of the client
Participate in creative thinking, and value the project progress
Have the ability to complete a brief/project professionally and proficiently from start to finish
Ensure the brand/client vision is consistently translated in all design material and has a continual tone, look, and feel to it
Requirements
College degree or above with a major in Graphic Design, Advertising Design or studies related to the art institutions
More than two years experience in the Internet advertising industry
Have excellent commands of Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator and Indesign; knowledge of any other design software is a plus
Be good at perform advertisement creatively and design
Experience for online media design is a priority
Excellent commands and experience in ActionScript programming or 3D design is a priority
A creative, artistic and open minded individual who is strongly self-motivated and has a sharp eye for detail and strong abilities with colors and structures
Has experience in fashion and the fast consumer goods is priority
Fashion, FMCG and other high-end customer experience is preferred
Excellent at sticking to deadlines and managing workload
