In order to help sustain its growth, InProcess is currently recruiting an Innovation Researcher to join its team in Shanghai.
This person will be in charge of leading the qualitative researches of the company's projects. He or she will be able to lead a multi-disciplinary team and run complex surveys in all the phases, from datas to insights.
The Innovation Researcher is the contact point between strategic level decision makers and InProcess. He or she will also support the company's clients in project implementation, so as to deliver to clients' innovation strategies that will impact their growth.
Responsibilities
Understanding the client’s brief and methodology
Building observation protocols
Conducting ethnographic observations
Reviewing and analyzing the data collected
Structuring clear, concise insights and operational recommendations
Ability to seek, build and maintain an effective group of working relationships
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Native Chinese, fluent written and verbal English, French will be a plus
