A creative workshop within PRISM, part of the WPP Group, is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer with big ideas about how to bring branded content to life.
Working on the account of a multinational car manufacturer, the designer will lead a small international team of graphic designers, and work alongside copywriters, filmmakers and journalists to create visual approaches to delivering the client’s messages on social and earned media.
The agency is looking for someone who can develop concepts and designs that capture the attention of jaded audiences, and help to drive a clear visual identity for our work across print, social, mobile and other online platforms.
While leading a team, the ideal candidate will be able to take direction from senior managers and clients as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design/Advertising preferred
Five to eight years of agency experience desired, with a strong understanding of Art Direction/Design and an understanding of how to develop on-brand, on-target solutions
Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong, creative approach to graphic design and experience leading a team of designers
Able to generate ideas with confidence and explain them to a team
Experience working with brands or branded content
Experience making infographics and telling stories visually
Experience designing graphics for use on social media
Able to collaborate with motion graphics designers to break down the elements of a story or a set of statistics, and recreate them in a visually engaging, mobile-first way
Photo retouching skills an advantage
Photography skills or interest also an advantage
Interest in the automotive industry an advantage
Strong communication and team-building skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English
