EyeBuyDirect is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Initiate, collaborate on, and design a wide range of digital projects, including promotional activities and new product/collection launches
Produce memorable and engaging landing page designs, graphical assets, on site banners, emails, and creative for social media posts
Select, edit and retouch product and model images
Communicate and present design concepts to team/leader/director and create presentation materials that effectively communicate vision and goals
Design research and trend analysis
Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design concepts meet brand standards and business goals
Work closely with marketing team members, content manager, UI/UX designer, and front-end developers
Work with the marketing and advertising team to ensure that the company's online design is consistent with its sales and marketing goals
Ensure the brand vision is consistently translated in all images and has a consistent tone, look, and feel
Manage a team of 1-2 visual designers (will be a plus)
Plan and assign projects, set realistic timeframe and expectations for Brand & Creative Manager
Provide design and style guidance to the team to ensure brand consistency and develop creativity
Requirements
High level of visual design skill, deep understanding of User-Centered Design
Proficient with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software
Creative and passionate with a strong sense of fashion and international trends
Strongly self-motivated
Degree in graphic design/fine arts/photography
2~5 years visual design working experience, preferably in web-oriented or fashion companies
Fluent in English
Portfolio required
