LELO is looking for ambitious marketers for a 3-month internship and unforgettable experience working on full-scale global campaigns.
This role will suit a talented, ambitious, and highly creative young professional with excellent communication skills and social media awareness, and is the ideal position to further your career in Social Media, Marketing, Public Relations and/or Advertising.
Working as part of LELO’s Cannes Lions award-winning in-house team, you'll play an integral part of the MarComms process working with brand communication specialists, designers, writers and digital marketing experts.
You will spread brand awareness across LELO social media channels and also be involved in sponsorships deals, including celebrity endorsements and maybe even some major Hollywood movies.
Basic living expenses will be covered in return, with the opportunity for a bonus at the end of the placement according to performance. This internship will benefit someone who is interested in social media, marketing, community management and audience development.

Responsibilities
Social Media and Community Management
Assist with streamlining company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, G+), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities, social media engagement
Monitoring and tracking for LELO SM channels
Competitor tracking and analysis
Monitoring social media trends
Working with the Social Media Manager to implement other channel-specific campaigns
Community management: Monitor and post on blogs, forums
Coordinating and Distributing Content
Research and content curation: performs research to find articles, stories, resources, or other content that is relevant
Schedule the weekly content plan
Identify and monitor key industry bloggers, trade journalists and SM influencers
Understanding and monitoring social media analytics
Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including Google Analytics, Bitly statistics, LinkedIn company stats, etc.
Track and report website statistics using Google Analytics
Requirements
Proven written communication skills
Excellent verbal communications skills
An interest in marketing, communications, social media or reputation management
Familiarity with key social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
An ability to consistently demonstrate our values of insight, hard work, and effectiveness in your personal approach to work
Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
An ability to remain calm under pressure and a robust/resilient attitude towards challenges
An ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times and minimal fuss
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
English proficiency is a requirement
Minimum educational level: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required (English, Literature, Journalism, Marketing or Communications degree preferred)
