Red Horse Film is seeking an International Production Coordinator to join its team in Shanghai.
The company provides good welfare. Working hours are from 10:30am-18:30pm every weekday. After working at Red Horse Film for one year, you can enjoy domestic or overseas outings and physical examination coverage. Good working environment (entertainment facilities), young and free atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Responsible for communication with agencies and clients, including providing production proposals and quotations
In charge of project management , including budgeting, scheduling, time-line management, outsource management, etc.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers
Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget
Maintain deep knowledge of Company's assets including directors, production and other services
Maintain deep understanding of production work flow, basic knowledge of production software
Answer inquiries, negotiate with agencies and clients
Responsible for communication with accounting department for billing purposes
Responsible for the training of production manager and other junior positions
Assist Executive Producer to manage production team
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma degree or higher
Prefer Advertisement, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or other related majors
English or Korean native speaker, fluent in Mandarin
