Job Description

NE-ON Architecture & Design is currently looking for a Senior Interior Designer to work as a project manager on a hotel interior project.
Responsibilities

Assist the Creative Director
Manage a design team during concept phase and development phase
Coordinate with other consultants of the project (LDI, kitchen, lighting, M&E)
Attend client presentation and present project in Chinese
Make meeting minutes, brief the design team
Make sure the work is following project schedule
Attend regular site visits during construction
Requirements

Background in interior design working on large scale hotel projects
Experience in team management is necessary
Fluent in Chinese speaking/writing is mandatory; good English level is also required
It is a plus if you can handle design softwares such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, but it is not mandatory
