Stellar Works is currently seeking a Furniture Designer to join its team in Shanghai.

Responsibilities
Understand design intent for furniture items;
Arrange drawing schedule and assign drafters for projects;
Produce quality CAD drawings for loose furniture;
Review drawings from drafters and offer feedback based on proportions, structure, cost, production procedures etc;
Prepare design training sessions for drafters and other staff members.
Requirements
More than 5 years working experience;
Rich drawing experience on loose furniture and industrial design;
Communication ability with interior designers, as well as management skills;
Understand how to use project specification, floorplans, renderings etc, to produce proper furniture drawings;
Have experience in managing large scale projects drawings with over 100 furniture items;
Experience with Excel, Word, Solid works, CAD
