YYO Artist Management & Production is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Responsible for Visual Identity of company
Establish the company VI, grasp the overall visual design, including logo, name card, envelope/stationery, gifts etc.
Organize the development of company website, master the concept and visual direction and content updating
Direct the visual of social media platform for company, and daily coordination
Responsible for updating projects contents on company credentials
Support with completing design for team building and administrative management
Responsible for updating and renewing portfolios of photographer and other artists
Responsible for arranging printing and cooperation with supplier
Responsible for creative and design of projects
Participate in the pitch meeting and support to display the creative concept
Participate in scouting and scene building, model casting, and relative pre-production works, etc.
Direct the creative during shooting, keep good communication and cooperation with photographer, producer
Cooperate with account manager to select shooting pictures for clients, and communicate with retouching agency
Responsible for design of promotional products for clients
Responsible for design of company events and activities for marketing promotion, including poster, invitations
Responsible for the creation and design for projects about fashion week, photography exhibition, etc.
Responsible for the creation and design for projects that support young talents and fashion designers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or visual communications
4+ years graphic design or art direction experience in creative, 4A, fashion magazine
Good sense of fashion, strong knowledge of graphic design and creative spirit
Excellent skill in illustrator, photoshop, AI, InDesign, etc.
Good communication and planning skill, responsibility, efficient and team worker
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment, and work under pressure
