PG Design & Brand Consulting is seeking a Creative Director to join its team in Shanghai.
As Creative Director, you will help lead and mentor a design team focused on bringing equal elements of creativity, aesthetics, strategy and professionalism to its work.
You will engage with high-profile, international brands, work with account and strategy teams to deeply understand the needs of different brands and work to turn this insight into impactful visual design, identity, imagery and experience.
Requirements
Formal education in fine arts or design from a well-known institution
Must have experience working with Chinese designers; functional working ability in Chinese a plus
3+ years experience working in a design, branding, advertising, digital or events agency including leadership/management/client-interaction
Literally crazy about design, detail, experiences and able to bring this enthusiasm and passion to your work
Ability to lead both clients and your team through the creation and development of concepts and implementation as a design
Willing to get hands dirty and troubleshoot
Expert at Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. 3D, Web and other graphic software a plus
Able to create production-ready art work and understand/troubleshoot pre-press and printing process
Focused on relationships with your team and doing the right thing for the agency's clients
