Job Description

SPOOM is seeking a full-time Junior Production Coordinator for outerwear.

The Junior Production Coordinator will be involved in organizing, planning and overseeing the production teams manufacturing a biyearly collection for the SPOOM brand as well as several private label collections for clients.

He/She will be coordinating between the merchandising teams, design team, clients and the general manager.
A good understanding of production process and good management skills are needed.
Responsibilities

Managing different projects for private labels and SPOOM brand
Coordinating between design, merchandising teams and general manager in both Shanghai and Keqiao offices
Overseeing communication between merchandisers and clients
Manage schedule, deadlines and client feedbacks
Requirements

2-3+ years working experience within the fashion and retail industries
Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
Good communication and management skills
Ability to analyze costs and translate into cost pricing
Highly organized, detail oriented and efficient
Experienced with Office programs (photoshop and such are a plus)
Proven track record of reliability and consistency of high performance
A good understanding of the design process, apparel aesthetics, fashion consumer spending, target markets and manufacturing are needed
Ability to multi-task
