Job Description

COORDINATION ASIA is currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer/Project Manager with a mid- to senior-level profile, and an ability to contribute strategically to projects.
Responsibilities

Communicating design requirements with clients
Communicating with the design team about requirements, planning and budget issues
Communicating with vendors/suppliers
Safeguarding ideas, quality finishing and technical feasibility within the available time and budget
Checking samples and formulating clear feedback
Managing, motivating and inspiring other team members
Requirements

At least 4 years experience in design project management within an agency environment
A good understanding of the design process and how creative teams work
A meticulous way of working and an extreme eye for detail
Confidence, patience, a friendly yet firm attitude and great communication skills
Proven project and time management capabilities
In order to succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented and possess strong diligence
Great communication skills and comfortable working in an international environment
Ability to work independently, as well as with the team
You are based in Shanghai
A proficiency in Chinese and English is required
