VELVET is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join its Shanghai office.
This person will be in charge of online marketing strategy and operations (search, display, RTB, affiliation, SEO, SEM) for VELVET's clients in fashion, cosmetics, F&B and high-end retail.
Additionally, the Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with VELVET teams to formulate adequate and hands-on business proposals.
Responsibilities
Set up and manage performance marketing campaigns on various platforms (Baidu, Qihoo 360, Google, Sogou)
Performance analysis and optimization
In-depth competitor analysis and industry research
Client website analysis
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting tailored to clients’ needs
Daily client management
Provide cross channels performance marketing strategies (search, display, RTB, remarketing, affiliation, SEO, SEM)
Requirements
Native Chinese with excellent Mandarin copywriting skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficient in managing and operating SEM, Display, Affiliation, RTB and SEO campaigns on various platforms including Baidu, Qihoo 360, Google, Sogou
Strong knowledge of web analytics solutions – at least one: Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji, Adobe Marketing Cloud
Excellent Excel skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.)
Understanding of business related KPI including sales, ROI, CPA
2-3 years experience in performance marketing
Bachelor's degree
Background from top consulting firm or search marketing agency
International experience is a plus
