Branding and communications agency Creative Capital Shanghai is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join its team in Shanghai.
The company is specialized in brand creation (fashion/cosmetics/spirits), and is looking for a candidate who has strong abilities in project management and a good sensibility toward design.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the agency’s graphic and interior designers, on various branding projects. He/she will also work closely with art directions in order to make sure that projects follow the right requirements.
Ideal Profile
Ability to manage a team of designers (3 to 6 people)
Participating in ideas generation and research-based concepts
Managing schedule, deadlines and client feedbacks
Preparing brief with clients for your team
Motivating and inspiring your team
Collaborating with retail designers and with the operational department
Requirements
Native Chinese speaker, proficient in English
1-3 years experience as a Project Manager
Knowledge of design process is a big plus
Knowledge of InDesign software
Strong communication and presentation skills
A very good eye for details
Rigorous, reactive, creative
Ability to multi-task
Team player
