LELO is looking for ambitious marketers for a 3-month internship and unforgettable experience working on full-scale global campaign.
This role will suit talented, ambitious, and highly creative young professionals with excellent communication skills and media awareness, and is the ideal position to further your career in Marketing, Public Relations, Media and/or Advertising.
Working as part of LELO’s Cannes Lions award-winning in-house team, you'll play an integral part of the MarComms process working with brand communication specialists, designers, writers and digital marketing experts.
You will assist in the global rolling out of campaign messages to media worldwide including, TV, radio, print and online via both earned and paid channels. You will spread brand awareness across all traditional and non-traditional media and also be involved in sponsorships deals, including celebrity endorsements and maybe even some major Hollywood movies.
Basic living expenses will be covered in return, with the opportunity for a bonus at the end of the placement according to performance.
Responsibilities
Reporting to LELO’s PR Specialist and Global PR Manager, you will assist to develop campaigns and secure earned and paid media placements across traditional and non-traditional media
Assist to push LELO PR, SM and advertising campaigns at launch time worldwide
Assist in developing media, blogger, KOL and influencer contacts and relationships
Track, monitor and assess global online and offline presence
Identify the target audience for paid and earned media campaigns
Research channels to invest in paid media
Liaise and build relationships with media sales companies
Negotiate paid media deals
Source content for owned social media channels
Research potential PR opportunities
Assist with reporting and analysis
Requirements
Candidates should be fluent English speakers
Willingness to turn your hand to anything; to learn & improve at what you do
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure meeting deadlines
Natural ability to build, develop & maintain relationships at multiple levels
Have excellent verbal and written communication
Great resourcefulness and creativity
Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
Good numerical, analytical and research skills
Marketing/ PR experience a plus
Minimum educational level: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required (English, Literature, Journalism, Marketing or Communications degree preferred)
Minimum experience: knowledge/understanding of marketing, media buying and PR and creative process is a plus
