SPOOM is seeking a full-time or part-time Financial Supervisor who will be responsible for running all day to day and long term finance aspects of the company.
SPOOM is a Shanghai based WFOE with a founding company in Hong Kong and customers in Asia and Europe.
The financial supervisor reports directly to the company director/general manager.
He or she is responsible for managing the daily tasks of the bookkeeping staff and daily checking and approving payment application sheets, payment lists and forecasts.
The financial supervisor is responsible for monthly submitting finance reports and tax declaration forms, checking and approving the VAT AP amount and fapiao issued lists, update short-term forecasting, calculate and apply the payroll list and manage the backup finance data.
Yearly tasks include managing the annual audit, the annual HK audit, enterprise income tax annual liquidation and implementing follow up on latest tax law and regulations.
Requirements
Should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent business experience and 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in a comparable company, preferably in the fashion industry
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English are required, bilingual candidates are preferred and relevant working experience outside mainland China is a definite advantage
