Stellar Works, a contemporary design brand that creates novel collections inspired by craftsmanship and style traditions from around the world, is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its team in Shanghai.
Stellar Works is powered by a selected group of designers who have a passion for cultural investigation and for rediscovering natural materials, styles and craftsmanship to create compelling products with new perspective and relevance for the international market.
The company also works with lots of high-end hospitality projects all over the world (Europe, North America, South America, all throughout Asia, Australia, Middle East, etc.).
Responsibilities
Managing high-end hospitality projects (contract projects) as Senior Project Manager
Communicating with interior designers, hotel operators, and owners to complete all furniture design and production
Managing design proposals for luxury hotels, including public space and guest rooms
Managing team members and leading their projects
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Chinese
Enough knowledge of contract business
Knowledge of hospitality business
Knowledge of high-end furniture and its material
Someone who can work in factory environment in Jiading (take company shuttle bus at 8:30am from Hongqiao, and leave factory at 6pm, 30min driving each way) and downtown gallery in Jing’an Area
