Beach Creative is seeking an Interaction Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Would you like to create outstanding design for a variety of forward thinking clients? As part of a small, talented and dedicated team, you’ll face new, exciting challenges to create incredible user experiences for a diverse range of audiences.

The ideal candidate has an exceptional talent when it comes to interpreting user behaviors and visualizing information in a unique and creative way. You’re intelligent and can grasp an idea and run with it, develop it and execute it seamlessly.

Requirements
3-5 years experience in user interface design for web-based/mobile applications, and much more in life experience
Outstanding skills in interaction design, information architecture and wire framing and related tools (Axure, Visio,…)
Strong visual design: ability to do UI design on a range of different platforms with Photoshop & Illustrator
Have skills in HTML, CSS3, Javascript, Jquery or CMS and can prototype your ideas into interactive mock-ups or more can do illustration and have storyboarding skill
Understanding of on-trend web technologies
A self-motivated and proactive person ready to improve every day
Strong ability to think laterally and creatively within a user centered context
You understand clients brief & needs, and know how to deliver results that amaze them
You have a collaborative and team oriented mind-set
Upbeat enthusiastic contribution to all aspects of the project, team and the company mission
You are comfortable in speaking English
