Digital Creative is looking for an experienced Web Project Manager with a firm grasp of the realm of website technologies, design methods and executing complete website projects.
The successful applicant will be managing a small team of designers and developers working concurrently on a number of projects ranging from small to large design and development projects.
As a Web Project Manager at Digital Creative, you will be expected to produce client proposals, schedules, functional specifications and thorough project plans that production teams can work from with ease while overseeing milestones and deadlines are met.
The agency needs a people person, a manager who is not shy, with the ability to communicate well within the team and to clients, bringing a positive and productive vibe to the team. The ideal candidate will not only contribute, he/she will also improve Digital Creative's project workflows through applying their previous successful experiences and knowledge.
Required Knowledge
LAMP web technologies
UI/UX Design methods
Project management tools
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Chinese skills are a bonus
Required Experience
BA/BS degree with minimum of 3+ year's industry experience
Experience gathering customer requirements and translating into actionable tasks
Experience engaging and overseeing designers and developers to execute project plans
