YYO Artist Management & Production is seeking a Creative Producer to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Responsible for creative and production of projects
Participate in pitch meeting, do brand research and develop creative solutions
Recommend artists as photographers, lead the art direction in layout, mood, etc.
Make and control the budget plan of project
Confirm the location, props, scene building, model casting, etc. according to creative proposal
Confirm the logistics for projects, including catering, vehicles, flights & hotel accommodations, etc.
Guarantee the project be executed within deadline
Keep good communication with account and production team
Manage the relationship with supplier
Provide support to complete post-production work
Research of fashion photographers and production agency for project reference
Follow with fashion market trends and news of photography, 4A, model agencies, etc.
Support the projects organized for market promotion
Requirements
Bachelor degree in art design, graphic design or related major
5+ years experience as art direction or producer in fashion creative, production house or similar
Strong knowledge of art and creative concept for fashion brand
Good at communication and organization, time and budget control
Responsibility, sense of attention to detail, high team spirit and ability to work under pressure
Fluent in Mandarin and English
