Digital communications agency SPARKS is seeking a Senior 3D Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Developing design briefs from conceptualization to implementation and completion
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts while developing a strong design culture
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work to fulfill clients' high standards
Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
Setting clear standards and expectations and ensure their delivery
Leading and coaching younger designers
Working as part of a team with copywriters, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in interior design, window display design or visual merchandising
Possess good aesthetic sense and solid design background
Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production
Good client and project management skills
Experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching
Proficiency in using AutoCAD 2016, 3DMax 2016, Rhino V6.0 or Maya, PS 2015 and AI 2015, others design software are a plus
Fluent written and spoken business English
Mandarin is an advantage
