WORRELL is currently seeking a passionate and talented Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Shanghai.
The ideal candidate has strong systematic thinking and visualization skills. You are able to develop high quality concepts (big ideas) and then are able to execute on all of the details in a range of media.
As Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the company's international research and design teams to visualize and communicate information, insights and design solutions for WORRELL's multinational medical and healthcare clients. You will work across a range of internal and external projects in multiple mediums including print, digital, video, animation and user interface.

Insights to Solutions: you are able to translate firsthand field insights & user needs into multiple meaningful design concept directions
Infographic Expert: you are a strong systematic thinker; you have a natural ability to break down complex ideas and data sets into high quality visual infographics that clearly and efficiently communicate the important ideas
Proportion & Aesthetics: you have strong sense of proportion and aesthetics that is appropriate for professional audiences in international markets
Attention to Detail: you are able to produce high quality details that support the “big idea” or main concept; your design solutions demonstrate visual consistency, organization and order
Design Application: as a solution-focused designer, you are able to work in many different media in order to expertly apply graphic design solutions to products, packaging, environments, identity systems, infographics, digital media, presentations, interiors, etc.
Systems Focused: you are able to establish clear visual guidelines and systems that can be applied efficiently and intuitively by others in a range of media
Personality: you are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude; you enjoy new challenges, learning, improving, team collaboration and other cultures
Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Photorealistic 2D/3D rendering
Good sketching ability (rapid visualization of concepts)
Capability in UI visual prototyping is a plus
Capability in video & motion editing is a plus
Excellent time management
Fluency in English is required (Mandarin is a strong plus)
Qualifications
Bachelors, Masters or equivalent Graphic Design degree (4-5 years)
3+ years of relevant professional working experience
Occasional travel required (<10%)
Position is based in Shanghai, China
