We are expanding within the expat/international market in China and we are looking for an intern willing to learn and bring innovative ideas to the company while having the possibility to learn and help on some Marketing operations too.
The position roles are:
- Create the English Marketing Materials and have Marketing ideas that can be used for the Expat Market in China.
- Good Photoshop and editing skills are needed.
- The intern will work with the Marketing Department and can also attend and be part of some of the Marketing events attended.
- Assisting and reporting to Expat Sales and Marketing Manager
- Other Designing and Marketing related roles that may arise. New ideas are always welcome.
What we look for someone:
- Studying or with finished studies on Design, Business, Marketing or Communications related degree.
- Self driven, with energy and motivation to learn and transmit the brand's mission and image. (Outgoing person as would have to attend some events too).
- Feeling and living a healthy lifestyle. No need to be vegetarian but if you eat fast food everyday it may not be your brand.
- Good English is a must, preferable Native English speaker. Mandarin Chinese and other languages are more than welcome!
- Need to be available to do the internship for at least 6 months. Full-time internship (8h/day) during 3/4 days a week.
- The intern should be foreigner. The target of the Marketing Department he/she will be working in is 100% International. - Available to occasionally attend to weekend events or evening activities. It will be considered and paid as working hours.
What the intern will learn:
- How to work on the brand image of the company. Transmit all company’s values and beliefs with all materials created.
- Identify consumer's behavior and needs and translate attract them with the Marketing materials.
- How to interact to the final end customer. Possibility to attend some events and possibility to learn on the Marketing side too.
- How is the impact and how important the Marketing activities and daily operations are within a company.
