I've been working for small foreign companies for over 6 years, covering all the accounting jobs mainly including following:
- Cash & bank transfer
- Data entries into accounting software ( ERP), monthly closing.
- Financial and tax report to local authorities and to HQ (based on IFRS)
- Tax issue, VAT, operating tax, fapiao, CIT, annual settlement, etc.
- Cashflow forecast
- Inventory management etc ...
Besides that, I take care of office admin work like:
- Relationship with local authorities - License changing - HR and social security issue
- Purchasing
- Visa issue
- annual inspection
- import issue etc...
