Red Bridge Communications is seeking a bilingual Graphic Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Red Bridge's teams to create amazing design and digital experiences for the agency's international clients.
You’ll be expected to set the bar for design within the industry and you’ll be involved from projects ranging from highly visual printed collateral to compelling digital microsites and products.
You must be comfortable moving from one project to another and you must have the confidence to speak your mind as it relates to the work you and those you work with create. Within your role you’ll be thinking, sketching and designing whatever is required to get the team's idea across.
The agency is looking for talented individuals that are hungry to learn and crave strong design-led outcomes.

Requirements
3+ years of design and/or interactive work in a professional setting
Desire to solve design challenges and set new standards
Ability to multi-task and keep cool during tight deadlines
A solid point-of-view and collaborative nature
Passion for what Red Bridge does – engaging consumers
Bi-lingual Chinese & English – other languages are a bonus
