Branding and communications agency Creative Capital Shanghai is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager in graphic design to join its team in Shanghai.
The company specializes in luxury industries (fashion/cosmetics/spirits), and is looking for a candidate who has strong abilities in interior design, an eye for details, a good sense of aesthetics and project management.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the agency's graphic and interior designers, on various projects such as visual identity, packaging, layout design, etc. He/she will also work closely with art directions in order to make sure that projects follow the right requirements.
Responsibilities
Ability to manage a small team of designers (3 to 5 people)
Participating in ideas generation and research-based concepts
Designing and implementing graphic concepts
Collaborating with retail designers and with the operational department
Requirements
Native Chinese speaker, intermediate English speaking ability and above preferred
Degree in graphic design
2-3 years experience as a graphic designer
Strong layout and design skills
Advanced skill level with Adobe Creative Suite
A good eye for aesthetic design
Rigorous, reactive, creative
Ability to multi-task
Team player
