INTIMINA is looking to hire an experienced Copywriter to be an integral part of the Global Marketing Team and be responsible for all copy needs within the INTIMINA brand.
Through captivating and informative text, this position will create brand awareness, generating interest in the company's products and encouraging product adoption.
This integral creative role coordinates with both the marketing and graphic design teams to support their respective objectives, ensuring consistency in voice while positioning INTIMINA as an outperforming brand for the benefit of intimate wellbeing.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the INTIMINA brand (tone/voice/look/feel)
Develop and transform existing copy into captivating, commercial and informative text that will increase the awareness of the brands - targeting retailers, distributors, journalists and/or end-customers
Develop written content for the company website, according to SEO and customer-benefit goals
Propose creative ideas and concepts, in collaboration with the graphic designers and brand manager
Develop written content for product launch, blog, social media channels, as well as sales letters, ads, press releases and ad campaigns
Handle several projects at the same time, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
Amending, revising or redeveloping text in response to feedback from the creative team, PR Team and marketing team from sister brands
Report directly to Brand Manager, plus regular communication with marketing specialists, international graphic designers, copywriters and PR Team across the organization
Develop working relationship with all relevant functions
Requirements
Ability to creatively research and formulate potential marketing strategies from concept to realization
Ability to write clear, persuasive, original copy
Keen attention to detail and ability to produce near-ready-for-print copy in line with company message and to serve the interests of the brand as a whole
Great resourcefulness and creativity
Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
Minimum educational level: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required (English, Literature, Journalism, Marketing or Communications degree preferred)
Master's Degree preferred but not required
A minimum of 3 years of professional copywriting experience; samples should be provided with application
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the World Wide Web (HTML and other Web-language skills a plus)
Knowledge/understanding of marketing and creative process is a plus
Copywriting experience in retail, fashion, beauty, cosmetics or drugstore industry is a plus
Native English speaker required
