COORDINATION ASIA is currently looking for a Brand Consulting Manager to join its team in Shanghai.
The ideal candidate combines a strategic outlook with a hands-on mentality.
Responsibilities
Content Development:
Supporting the design team on strategic and conceptual planning of projects
Receiving and evaluating client briefings
Researching, selecting and structuring content
Creating text and researching images, and creating clear and convincing presentations
Communication with internal and external teams during the realization phases
Managing, motivating and inspiring other team members
PR & Marketing:
Establishing a network of relevant collaborators, partners and media
Strategic advice on project communications, both for clients as for the studio itself
Client relationship management and business development
Managing press relations
Copywriting and editing
Managing the studio's web and social media activities
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
A great knowledge and understanding of the design process
Experience in the design industry, preferably in a client facing role
Working experience in China is considered a big plus
A passion for storytelling, and outstanding writing skills
A personality and profile that fits a studio with a flat hierarchy and a high standard: you have a drive to deliver great results, you share the team's keen eye for quality, and you combine a strategic point of view with a hands-on attitude
Proven presentation and time management capabilities
Experience in working with Keynote
In order to succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented and possess strong diligence
Great communication skills and comfortable with working in an international environment
Ability to work independently as well as within the team
A high proficiency in English is required; Mandarin skills are a plus
