Responsible for the well-being of PLTFRM's creative minions, you will use your planning skills and Excel powers to keep their creative level high up
Produce your own framework that drives and keeps creative people and processes on track — a framework that can be used across various platforms to support and strengthen innovation task development, setting free the team to focus fully on being silly creatives
Possess and share a strong understanding of client needs (and budget!) and see it as part of your objective to help fulfill their goals — you are always one step ahead of competition via vast knowledge on current and future trends
Execute tasks with the flair and professionalism needed, to push both the agency and its clients into the leading position

Has an impressive conceptual understanding and owns the ability to support and execute creative development
Has mastered multiple disciplines embracing the various roles required throughout any project
Is confident in sharing and presenting ideas internally and externally
Is self-motivated and desires to execute every job to the highest standard
Knows exactly how to merge your skills with the demands of a project, and how to inspire your colleagues to do the same
