Yi is looking for a Sales Manager [Europe & US] to join its global team and set the stage for the company's next level of growth.
The company is seeking a proven, passionate and driven Sales Manager with a track record of excellence to join its global team and set the stage for the YI's next level of growth in international markets.
Responsibilities
Develop sales channels through distributors to the European and American markets
Actively seek and learn relevant information to stay ahead of the competition and remain up-to-date with the industry
Support the Marketing team to set up strategy and action plan for the specific markets and implementation of the sales activities - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends for the company's products
Coordinate with the company's online sales team to make joint market promotion and build customer relations
Requirements
Experience in international sales and management, preferably in the area of consumer electronics
Strong business acumen and a strong understanding of business applications and processes
Experience in online sales platforms, Amazon, Lazada, etc. will be prioritized
Experience in developing new business through a combination of territory planning, prospecting and direct selling
Experience in negotiating agreements, creating territory/opportunity strategy plans, and allocating appropriate resources to an opportunity
Experience in Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Chain Planning or reporting/analytics/business intelligence tools are preferred
Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still being mindful of long-term goals and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another
Demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improvement and processes while also displaying a willingness to assist cross-functionally
Ability to consider how a decision making can affect the company's customers, partners, products or other departments’ operations
Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships internally and externally
Languages: Fluent in English, plus native speaker in one of several of these languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Indonesian or Thai
