Reflex Shanghai is looking for a talented Chinese Graphic Digital Designer & Art Director with good knowledge/understanding of Chinese culture and China’s communications landscape (at least 2 years of working experience in China).
You will require a strong digital portfolio, you must be a team player, you will have a precise eye for detail and strong skills in creative concepts for the online world.
At Reflex Shanghai, you will be a part of the creative team, designing and creating optimized user experience interfaces for mobile devices, desktop websites and all facets of online campaigns.

Requirements
Creative thinking is a must-have
Various and eclectic type of works to appear in your portfolio
Experience in graphic design, and proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
Deep understanding of China’s culture and market
Strong knowledge in branding, print, digital, advertising, events, China’s social media environment, editorial design
Able to communicate with clients, understand their needs and interact with them
Strong team spirit
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Full command of Chinese and English (speak/read/write)
At least 2 years+ of working experience in China
Capacity to fully overview a project, from its beginning to its end
