Adsmith China is currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join its team in Shanghai.
The ideal candidate will support the growth of a strategic communications agency through the development of marketing collaterals, coordinating social media and other marketing opportunities for the agency.
Your contribution will directly increase the awareness of the agency as a reliable, creative, strategic communications agency based in China. You will work with Adsmith's Chinese as well as international team and focus your efforts towards different target industries and personas.
As part of the team, you will be exposed to many aspects of marketing and have the opportunity to learn with the “Adsmith family.”
Responsibilities
Maintain and grow online social media channels – coordinating overall activities and content
Maintain and improve company website
Update and improve case studies
Look for and apply for suitable industry award opportunities
Manage and develop content for the agency newsletter, video, other relevant communications channels
Write and coordinate the agency blog (different employees will contribute content)
Proactively use LinkedIn Groups to find and engage in related topics
Build marketing materials for use by the business development team
Look for speaking opportunities for senior management
Manage local communications and PR channels
Requirements
3+ years experience in marketing or branding
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is preferred
Strong track records of execution, taking initiative, and an eye for detail
Strong self-initiative and a proactive work attitude
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Experience in China is a plus
Currently based in China
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Excellent people skills and the ability to work in teams
Strong copywriting skills
