Job Description

SIMON Electric is currently seeking an International Marketing Supervisor to join its team in Shanghai.

Location will be at Hongqiao Railway Station, starting February 2016.
Responsibilities

Analyze customer research, current market conditions and collect competition’s data for: new product launches, brand positioning, promotional packages, etc.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products including: materials, tools, and presentations well within agreed budget
Prepare marketing action plans and monitoring the process in right movement
Manage the productivity of marketing plans and projects
Determine and manage marketing budget with good financials
Smart communication and coordination with colleagues and customers
Finish any task delegated from the manager with good quality and timeliness
Requirements

College degree or above
Minimum 2 years related working experience
Good knowledge of the local culture of target countries/marketing
Good capability for marketing development
Previous experience of international marketing operations and organization of international platforms preferred
Good communication skills, detail-oriented & self–motivated
Team player
Excellent English capability
Good computer skills
