Digital communications agency SPARKS is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Developing design briefs from conceptualization to implementation and completion
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts while developing a strong design culture
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work to fulfill clients' high standards
Setting clear standards and expectations and ensure their delivery
Leading and coaching younger designers
Working as part of a team with copywriters, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in interiors design or 4 years in retail design
Interior design diploma/degree or other equivalent qualification
Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production
Good client and project management skills
Experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2016, 3DMax 2016, Rhino V6.0 or Maya, Adobe Creative Suite 2015; others design software are a plus
Fluent written and spoken business English
Mandarin is an advantage
