RTG Consulting is seeking an outstanding Digital Designer to join its team in Shanghai.
Work would involve creating designs for the firm's clients and managing projects from start to finish. This could include areas such as weekly social media updates, UI design, Wechat H5 development and web management.
The role requires a solid understanding of visual design for user interface and user experience, and the ability to work with the marketing team to manage visual and brand consistency across all marketing development channels.
Requirements
2-3 years of visual design experience
Good understanding of UX design and usability and how it relates to visual design
Experience in designing user mobile interfaces
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with strong design skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently with the team under tight deadlines, working overtime if necessary
Bi-lingual English / Chinese ability (but not a must)
