Yi is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager [US & South Asia Markets] to join its global team and set the stage for the company's next level of growth.
The ideal candidate is a proven, passionate and driven Sales & Marketing professional with a track record of excellence.
Responsibilities
Set up the newly launched international market: establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Find, develop and qualify sales opportunities
Build rapport and maintain local and international partnerships
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products
Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy—including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and ensure that the marketing objectives are implemented by team members
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Requirements
Experience in international sales and management, preferably in the area of consumer electronics
Strong business acumen and a strong understanding of business applications and processes
Experience in developing new business through a combination of territory planning, prospecting and direct selling
Experience in negotiating agreements, creating territory/opportunity strategy plans, and allocating appropriate resources to an opportunity
Experience in Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Chain Planning or reporting/analytics/business intelligence tools are preferred
Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still being mindful of long-term goals and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another
Demonstration of innovation and initiative—always looking at improving the company's products and processes while also displaying a willingness to assist cross-functionally
Ability to consider how a decision made can affect the company's customers, partners, products or other departments’ operations
Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships internally and externally
