YI is looking for a Social Media Manager [Spanish, French and South Asia Markets] to join its team in Shanghai.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, self-motivated person with experience and skills in social media management to lead the strategic development and execution of the company's social media initiatives.
The Social Media Manager will build relationships with fans and customers; develop and manage the voice for the company’s online presence through Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other strategically relevant social media properties.
Responsibilities
Create, post and schedule content to the company's social platforms, including, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more
Create and maintain a social media calendar for short and long term efforts; ensure content for social media aligns with marketing, creative services and programming calendar
Monitor and engage with followers, and audience, across all social platforms, keeping with the voice and tone of the brand
Monitor, review, and update statistics and analytic reports to support business decisions
Monitor online activities and conversations (influencers and competitive activity) relevant to the company's market/initiatives
Analyze data to provide hard-hitting contributions and targeted Social Media plans
Identify opportunities to partner with like-minded content creators/networks to aid brand awareness
Identify current or emerging trends and best practices in social media and make recommendations as appropriate for new and creative approaches to community engagement or content development
Requirements
Excellent writing skills and ability to produce content under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Experience managing content for social media platforms or high traffic websites or a brand, agency, or corporation
In-depth knowledge in planning, managing, and executing social media initiatives
Ability to connect, build and maintain relationships, and stimulate discussion
Bachelor’s degree in English, Social Communication, Marketing or Business
Good creative thinking
Languages: Indonesian, Thai , Spanish and French
