Digital communications agency SPARKS is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Ensure project briefs are fully complete before commencement of work
Look after every detail of the project: forming an effective team of experts to accomplish the project, to state the purpose and to assign specific roles to the team members; identify the resources needed and prepare a budget plan; arrange a schedule of the project
Conduct regular (daily/weekly) team meetings reporting about the ongoing project status, the outcome and to evaluate and discuss the results, identifying positive and negative key factors
Keep track of the order as QTYS, specs, schedule, ETC, shipments and dates
Develop and preserve cordial relationships with clients, team members and vendors
Motivate and stimulate the team to accomplish the given task successfully
Manage more than one project at a time
Requirements
At least 3/4 years relevant working experience in advertising & communications, or visual merchandise field
Good knowledge of materials, especially wood, paint, acrylic, glass and metal parts
Be familiar with the manufacturing processes and to focus on finishing quality & the machinery/processes tolerances
Excellent communication, client servicing, planning and contract management skills
Being responsible, well-organized, logical thinking, professional, flexible and client-focused person
Good negotiation and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work under pressure
Chinese proficiency
Good English communication (verbal and written) skills
Computer or technical knowledge, such as CAD and excellent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
