RTA Office is seeking a Senior Architect to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Generate and manage the development of architectural design from concept to development design stage
Cooperate with other architects to complete all of the project's work together
Have regular and technical meetings with client and international teams, presenting work achievements to clients and other necessary persons
Communicate and coordinate with RTA's partners to fulfill each project on time
Technical support and coordination with clients or suppliers
Perform the leadership role in the team, and assist the CEO to fulfill other task as necessary (such as business trips and completing government reports)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in architectural study; at least 2 years professional working experience in Shanghai
Strong passion and creativity in architectural design
Goal-oriented and responsible
Excellent performance in team work; high efficiency skills and self-motivated
Outstanding communication skills
Advanced in Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Illustrator, V-ray, Grasshopper, 3D Max, Indesign and Adobe Photoshop, and other related programs
Proficient in English writing and speaking
