The state-owned company is building an assembly Plant in Zhejiang Province, which is to produce the Solar-Wind-Energy equipments project.
Some engineers are needed to learn key knowledge and skills from the European reserch entity, and then come back to work in the Plant, the main job is to do further research.
Because the engineers need to study in Europe for 2 weeks, so, the candidates must speak good English.
