Job Description

tee-hee is looking for an Account Manager to add to its team in Shanghai.

The ideal candidate will need to have a broad range of skills and experience, but more than anything—the ability to provide structure and direction to projects, strong logical thinking, and adapt to the needs of the project.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be expected to work across a broad range of project areas: from branding, packaging design and photo & video production to integrated communication campaigns, both digital and offline.
Requirements

At least 2 years experience in project management: preferably all within a marketing/communication or creative production context
Experience in strategic planning (developing communication strategies) and creative project development (developing narrative ideas), meticulous attention to detail and a “global” approach to projects is an absolute must: from conducting researches and gathering marketing insights, to assisting the senior team in the preparation of proposals for pitches and projects, to budgeting and scheduling
Interest in, and a real sensitivity to, communications in a Chinese context: tee-hee is looking for someone who has ideas and opinions, and is confident in sharing them
Above all else—enthusiasm for your work, a love of what you do, and a real desire to grow within a fast growing company structure
Fluent English and Chinese (spoken and written) are very important
Fluent in the use of MS Office
