*Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in Retail Design.
Minimum 2 years experience Solidworks + CAD.
Able to handle extreme pressure.
Excellent in multi- tasking, coordination with the team & efficient in time management.
Able to implement the design to the actual production and check the quality as per design.
Available to travel within China for shop surveys.
Bilingual Chinese + English.
*Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating furniture component details.
Responsible for creating bill of materials & cost. breakdown estimates per component part.
Responsible for interior design: plan, elevation & section.
Responsible for survey, quality control as per design.
*Optional requirements :
3D max ability is a plus
