PG Design & Brand Consulting is seeking a Creative Director to join its team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Propose marketing and creative stratagem, realize amazing creativity performance
Realization of creative concepts and plans, leading team members to achieve brand and product artwork design
Propose effective marketing strategy to raise and promote the brand image
Work closely with other departments and supervise production accomplishments, coaching and developing team members along the way
Requirements
Bachelor degree, major in communication, advertisement or art
Solid hand-drawn skills, excellent computer skills (Mac, Quark, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver, Front Page Director, JavaScript, Flash)
Art & Copy base, 3 years relative working experience in 4A companies
2 years of management experience and ability to be a good coach and good team player
Strong integrated commercial and creative capacity; can execute and lead digital interaction, print ads and video creative and work
Strong sense of field trends and clear thinking capacity
Excellent creation, expressive ability and independent creative issue capability
Fluent English, both oral and written
