- production supervisor/responsible of an assembling department (about 12 people distributed on 2 shifts)
- some of the production is done in oursourcing under his/her supervision
- production planning
- machine maintenance
- weekly reporting activity to Production Mgr (HQ) che poi è il suo direct reporting
- purchase benchmark in order to find the right suppliers for tenders activity
- follows the suppliers together the QA/QC responsible to assure the quality / reliability / costs of the deliveries.
Ideal Candidate
- technical background
- good English (speaking Italian is a plus)
- around 30 years old, with experience in China/Asia
