Job Description

Urban Harvest is expanding and is searching for a Senior Graphic Designer to join its dynamic Shanghai team.
Responsibilities

Managing a creative VI team
Communicating with visual designers, graphic designers, suppliers and contractors
Directly report to CEO and Creative Director
Management of creative team across platforms to ensure brand cohesion
Oversee work in both digital and physical spaces
Manage and generate tasks, be able to see areas in need of improvement and communicate clearly with senior management to affect change
Requirements

Fluent in English; Chinese helpful but not essential
Experience in a business or start-up environment
Knowledge of the hospitality business
Leadership skills
3-5 years creative industry business experience
