Advising clients (all levels of business and their management levels) and team members in regards to SAP CRM related topics.
Defining and testing Cloud-based SAP CRM solutions (e.g. SAP Cloud for Customer) to support marketing, sales and service business requirements.
Mapping of client’s business processes and touch points to technical solutions. Using your analytical and technical skills to define business or functional requirements as an input to CRM system design and implementation.
Working with operational teams (external and internal) to analyze technical feasibility of implementing client requirements; configure and customize system features; implement custom enhancements, reports, and user interfaces.
Defining and implementing integrations of SAP Cloud-based solutions (e.g. Cloud for Customer, hybris) and on-premise SAP ERP systems.
Troubleshooting SAP system technical and functional issues and coordinating issue resolution with appropriate teams.
Understand the importance of quality assurance practices and have the ability to alert clients, team members to potential project risks.
Participation in presales: assessment of briefings and, if necessary, refinement based on your own suppositions, preparation of effort estimates, drafting of proposals.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Produce documentations, briefing materials and training materials as required, both for technical and business stakeholders.
Further requirements & responsibilities are:
Expert knowledge of SAP CRM, in particular Cloud-based solutions, with proven system administration, configuration and integration experience.
Familiar with SAP ERP
Good knowledge and proper understanding of CRM processes. Industry-specific knowledge (Automotive and Fast Moving Consumer Goods - FMCG) is an advantage.
Excellent team-work and communication skills
Fluent in English language
Able to work independently and in a proactive manner
